Odontenema strictum
A handsome, tropical looking perennial for shade gardens! Rich, glossy green leaves on a 4-6 plant. Produces 12 spikes of bright red flowers in the fall & will bloom all winter if in a protected area. Responds well to pruning. Prefers shade or part shade. Hummingbirds!
