Herbed Cheese Dip
3/4 cup Whole milk Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp Celery seed
2 Tbsp Garlic chives, chopped
2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp fresh Basil, finely minced
1/4 tsp Marjoram, chopped
1/4 tsp Paprika
2 Tbsp fresh Parsley, finely minced
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients into serving bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Garlic Chive Spaetzle
1 cup Whole Milk
1 � cups All Purpose Flour
5 Eggs, large
2 tbsp Garlic chives, chopped
� tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Bring pot of water to a boil. Remove dough from refrigerator and push through perforated pan with spatula into the boiling water. Dough is cooked when it begins to float. Serve warm with butter or use as any other pasta.
