Do you offer organic products?

We are well stocked in organic solutions. We also offer our own organic Food, Soil, and Compost called “1-2-3 Completely Easy.”

What are your hours?
We are open: Sunday – Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday – Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee you leave here with a healthy plant! Once our plants leave us, their care is beyond our control so we are unable to give a money-back guarantee. However, we want each and every customer to be a successful gardener and so encourage you to call us at the first sign of trouble. We’re pretty good gardeners, but even we can’t bring a dead plant back to life!
Do you sell plants?
You betcha! And yes, we’ve been asked that! We pride ourselves on our plants-hard to find, but easy to grow-even in our challenging climate. We have a few specialty collections that we’re extra proud of, such as our herbs, roses, citrus trees and, vegetables to name just a few. Come on out and see for yourself.
Can you order plants for me?

We’re happy to put you in our “plant wish list” book. Then when that plant becomes available we’re happy to order it for you. But, often we don’t know exactly when that plant will be ready. So, your best bet is to keep checking back with us.

Through a special relationship with Monrovia, you can order plants from their selection with free delivery to The Arbor Gate.

Do you sell anything other than plants?
Yes, we have two incredible shops filled with gifts, home decor, seasonal decor, specialty foods and more!
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! We are happy to make them out in any amount. We can even mail them for you.
Do you sell statuary and garden art?
Yes, and our selection is not ordinary! The pottery is fabulous, wait till you see the colors!!!
Do you sell fresh Christmas trees?

The best, Fresh cut from the Carolina mountains. Last year’s trees still had snow on them! They arrive around Thanksgiving.
