About the Instructor
Henry Flowers is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University. He holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Horticulture. He is the 2009 recipient of the Herb Society of America’s Joanna McQuail Reed Award for the Artistic Use of Herbs.
