Join the HRS on Thursday, August 8 to learn the best ways to irrigate your roses. Baxter Williams will present the program. Baxter is an American Rose Society Master Rosarian, past president of the Houston Rose Society, former HRS Program VP. He has also served as the American Rose Society Region 7 Director. Baxter and his wife, Patsy, have been HRS members since 1970. They grow over 350 roses in their personal garden. The meeting will be held at the Cherie Flores Garden Pavilion, 1500 Hermann Drive, Houston 77004. Come at 7:00pm for refreshments. The program will begin at 7:30pm.
