The parking lot is Lot C located at Hermann Drive and Crawford Street. Skip Richter will present the program. Skip is a county extension agent- horticulture for the Texas AgriLife Extension Service. He is an enthusiastic teacher of natural gardening techniques. He has written numerous newspaper and magazine articles on gardening.
